Polish Speaking Customer Service - Office based

Our client is recruiting Polish speakers for Customer service roles.
Gross salary per month is €1040 + free accommodation for the whole 12 month contract (own room in a shared house/apartment). Alternatively if no accommodation is required gross salary can be €1295 per month instead.

Join a dedicated team committed to delivering an outstanding customer service experience. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will provide professional and friendly support via phone and email in both Polish and English, ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless resolution of inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns related to products, services, and the frequent flyer program.
- Assist customers with their queries, offering solutions and ensuring a smooth resolution process.
- Manage and follow up on customer processes, including proactive updates to clients about their cases.
- Log and maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the company’s systems.
- Handle offline tasks such as processing forms, emails, tickets, and other administrative duties.
- Achieve or exceed departmental productivity goals while maintaining high-quality service.
- Escalate critical issues concerning customer well-being or cases that fall beyond your scope of resolution.
