Swedish Speaking Quality Team Leader
Riga, Lavia
€2800 gross per month + relocation (flight paid and one month accommodation)
Role and Responsibilities
The primary objective is to oversee and improve quality processes within the organization while ensuring compliance with customer and operational requirements. Key tasks include:
- Quality Analysis & Improvement:
- Analyze quality performance trends through audits and monitoring.
- Define and implement corrective actions aligned with operational goals.
- Identify and evaluate standardization and automation opportunities.
- Root Cause Analysis & Escalation Handling:
- Drive root cause analysis to resolve escalations and complaints.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and the Quality Manager to address process gaps.
- Process Governance & Quality Reporting:
- Ensure adherence to project quality standards and frameworks.
- Act as a Quality Point of Contact (POC) and produce comprehensive reports.
- Training & Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work with training teams for needs identification (TNI), refreshers, and certification programs.
- Represent quality performance in customer reviews and internal meetings.
- Leadership & Team Development:
- Manage the Quality Assurance (QA) team's performance using scorecards.
- Mentor the team, identify development needs, and enhance capabilities.
- Operational Support:
- Participate in production activities and provide real-time support.
Qualifications
- Language Proficiency:
- Near-native proficiency in Swedish (C1 or higher) and strong English skills (B2+ or higher).
- Must be able to communicate effectively in written and spoken formats.
- Professional Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in Quality Management, ideally in a BPO.
- At least 1 year in a formal people management or leadership role.
- 2+ years of quality monitoring and audit experience.
- Quality Methodology Knowledge:
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, COPC, or equivalent methodologies is advantageous.
