Your Responsibilities

• Interact effectively with existing customers via Calls, E-mails or Chat in both Spanish and English
• Handle customers’s complaints and issues with patience and empathy
• Be able to solve efficiently all the technical issues
• Record details of customer contacts and actions taken

The Ideal Profile

• Native level Spanish (C2) , fluent English (B2/C1)
• Advanced technical knowledge
• Previous experience in Customer Support is good to have but no mandatory
• EU Passport
• Can-do attitude
