Your Responsibilities
- Interact effectively with existing customers via Calls, E-mails or Chat in both Spanish and English
- Handle customers’s complaints and issues with patience and empathy
- Be able to solve efficiently all the technical issues
- Record details of customer contacts and actions taken
REQUIREMENTS
The Ideal Profile
- Native level Spanish (C2) , fluent English (B2/C1)
- Advanced technical knowledge
- Previous experience in Customer Support is good to have but no mandatory
- EU Passport
- Can-do attitude
