Key Responsibilities

  • Content Moderation: Review, filter, and manage app content in Norwegian.
  • Content Removal: Identify and block inappropriate content, including:
    • Criminal activities
    • Hate speech and cyberbullying
    • Terrorism-related content
    • Violent acts (e.g., torture, violence against animals)
  • Information Analysis: Analyze, order, and prioritize flagged content.
  • Ethical Compliance: Ensure all content aligns with legal and ethical guidelines.

Working Hours

  • Schedule:
    • 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts plus a 1-hour lunch break).
    • Rotational shift pattern, Monday to Sunday.
    • Operational hours: 24/7 (midnight to midnight).

  • Native-level fluency in Norwegian.
  • Strong understanding of online content standards and digital ethics.
  • Ability to manage sensitive and potentially disturbing content professionally.
