📌 Location: all over Greece

📍 Working Model: hybrid, remote and on-site opportunities!

🖋️What you will do: create an exceptional customer experience for international customers.

More specifically:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. 
  • Communicate through multiple channels of support (email, phone, chat).
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
  • Work in close collaboration with the team and achieve targets!

Who are we looking for:

  • Native or near-native speaker in Danish.
  • Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools.
  • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative.
  • Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written).
  • Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative.
