About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll provide world-class assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll help resolve inquiries efficiently, meet quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
• Log and resolve cases accurately in client systems.
• Meet performance metrics, including response time, resolution rates, and quality standards.
• Escalate priority issues as required.
• Work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.

Preferred Skills:

• Near-native German proficiency (C1 or above) and good English skills (B1+).
• Previous experience in customer service or an outsourced environment is a plus.
• Strong multitasking skills with advanced computer literacy.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and self-motivation.
• Flexibility to work shifts, adapting to project needs.
