What You'll Do
  • Provide Expert Customer Support: Skillfully address product inquiries and resolve customer issues via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Empathize and Problem-Solve: Understand customer needs, analyze problems, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Master Product Knowledge: Become a New Balance expert, gaining in-depth knowledge of products and services.
  • Represent the Brand: Embody our company values and serve as a brand ambassador.

Benefits
What do we offer?
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Contract: Temporary (3-month contract with 1-month probation period)
  • Full time:(39 hours/week)
  • Working days/Hours: Tuesday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm & Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
  • Salary: €19.400 gross per year
  • Incentives: Top performance incentives
  • End of Contract Bonus: €500 gross by completing the temporary contract without sanctions or unjustified absences
  • Holidays: 2 accrued per month / 24 calendar days per year
  • Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
  • Hybrid: 4 days per month at the office and for training purposes
  • Training: 8 days of training fully based in the office, from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • Work from Home: Anywhere in Spain
