What You'll Do
- Provide Expert Customer Support: Skillfully address product inquiries and resolve customer issues via phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Empathize and Problem-Solve: Understand customer needs, analyze problems, and offer tailored solutions.
- Master Product Knowledge: Become a New Balance expert, gaining in-depth knowledge of products and services.
- Represent the Brand: Embody our company values and serve as a brand ambassador.

Benefits
What do we offer?
- Start date: ASAP
- Contract: Temporary (3-month contract with 1-month probation period)
- Full time:(39 hours/week)
- Working days/Hours: Tuesday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm & Saturday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
- Salary: €19.400 gross per year
- Incentives: Top performance incentives
- End of Contract Bonus: €500 gross by completing the temporary contract without sanctions or unjustified absences
- Holidays: 2 accrued per month / 24 calendar days per year
- Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu
- Hybrid: 4 days per month at the office and for training purposes
- Training: 8 days of training fully based in the office, from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Work from Home: Anywhere in Spain
