Qualifications

As a Customer Service Representative, your role, together with your team, will be to handle customer issues with empathy and efficiency. Through phone, email, and chat, you will assist customers in resolving product-related issues and ensure solutions are achieved. You are customer-oriented, maintain professionalism, and stay calm under pressure.

What we’re looking for:

  • Fluency in Norwegian, with good proficiency in English.
  • Strong PC skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or IT support is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work shifts.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens and commit to at least one year.
