What You’ll Do:
As a Italian Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our customer service operations. Your key responsibilities include:
- 🔎 Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to company standards and compliance.
- 📊 Performance Analysis: Analyze data and provide insights to drive improvements in customer service quality.
- 📝 Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on quality metrics, highlighting areas for improvement and success.
- 🎯 Training & Feedback: Offer constructive feedback and coaching to customer service agents to enhance their skills and performance.
- 🤝Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with training and operations teams to implement quality improvement strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual with the following qualifications:
- 📚 Language Skills: Native or fluent in Italian, with proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- 💡 Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with the capability to interpret data and identify trends.
- 💭 Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 🛠 Quality Assurance Experience: Previous experience in a quality assurance or analyst role, preferably within a BPO environment.
- 🌍 Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a multicultural team setting.
- 🕵 Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
