A European leader in the energy sector has trusted our client to transform their Service Desk on a global level. To be successful in this journey, we are looking for a dedicated German-speaking Service Desk Employee to join our client´s team in Brno.

What does your future job look like?

  • You are the helping hand for employees of an European leader in the energy sector with problems in hardware and software via e-mail, telephone, chat or ticketing.
  • You will receive error messages and inquiries and solve them independently (of course after extensive training and always with access to guidelines).
  • If you are not able to solve the problem, you will forward it to the next support level.

What should you bring with you?

  • Fluent Dutch and good English skills
  • Motivation for a career in the IT service desk
  • Desirable: Initial experience in the service desk/ tech support process with remote support for laptops / desktops / LAN problems / application support / small forms etc.
  • You will learn everything you need to know for the job in our Brno Service Desk Academy
