📌 Location: all over Greece
📍 Working Model: hybrid, remote and on-site opportunities!
🖋️What you will do: create an exceptional customer experience for international customers.
More specifically:
- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
- Communicate through multiple channels of support (email, phone, chat).
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Work in close collaboration with the team and achieve targets!
Who are we looking for:
- Native or near-native speaker in Norwegian.
- Tech savvy/Knowledge of MS office tools.
- Enthusiastic, patient, empathetic, multi-tasking and communicative.
- Proficient English Skills (Oral &Written).
