Your Role

➡️Reviewing and approving ✅ or rejecting ❌ content submissions (comments, videos, images, or posts).

➡️Monitoring 💻 user interactions and taking action against violations (issuing warnings or bans).

➡️Collaborating🤝 with other team members and departments to ensure consistent moderation policies

➡️Understanding client policies and guidelines.

Requirements

➡️ EU passport.

➡️Native or near to native Italian language (C1- C2).

➡️Very good command of English language (B2).

➡️Good MS Office skills.

➡️Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

➡️Excellent communication and presentation skills.

➡️Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
