What you'll do
• Manage customer requests relating to Information and Complaints;
• Create opportunities to impress and engage with the customers;
• Maintain different channels active (live chat, phone, email, webforms, Social 1:1);
• Provide excellent solution and service;
• Provide product and beauty advice in a professional, precise and timely manner.
What you'll need
• Native level of written and verbal communication skills in German;
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level) is required;
• Customer orientation, problem solving skills and teamwork;
• Good IT skills;
• Availability to work on shifts;
• Previous experience in Customer Service;
• Excellent communication skills, empathy and high focus on customer satisfaction;
• Prior knowledge in Cosmetics and Luxury sector;
• Knowledge and experience with digital and social media.
