Your Role: 💪🏻

• Managing of incoming calls 📞
• Identify 🤔 and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
• Build relations of trust 🫱🏻‍🫲🏻through open and interactive communication
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools 💻
• Keep records 🧾of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents 
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Who we are looking for: 👀

• Native or near to native Dutch language (C1- C2).
• Very good command of English language (B2).
• Good MS Office skills.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
