CUSTOMER SUPPORT ROMANIAN SPEAKING – SOFIA, BULGARIA

Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am – 6:00 pm (for the local market time zone)

Training:  2 weeks + 1 week nesting

Working model: Onsite

Salary: 3200 BGN gross ~ 8100 RON gross/month (~ 6300 RON net/month)

Languages: Romanian - native, English-B2

Job description:

• Assist customers via email, chat, and phone
• Ensure a positive and efficient service experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the products, brand, and industry to provide accurate information and support to customers.
  Conduct research to gather relevant information and provide accurate responses to customer inquiries.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Native level of Romanian, both written and verbal
• Advanced knowledge of English, both written and verbal
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
• Customer-oriented attitude
• Good typing and computer skills (MS Office applications)
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
• High attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
• Ability to work both on your own and within a team
• High school education
