What Youāll Do
As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and supporting a team of Customer Support Advisors. Your key responsibilities include:
š Team Management: Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
š Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure high-quality service delivery.
š” Coaching and Training: Provide ongoing coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and improve customer interactions.
š¤ Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications, addressing any escalated issues or concerns.
š Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement within processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
š Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics to management.
