For one of our clients – a well-established company in the BPO field, known for their many satisfied clients and interesting projects. We are searching for communicative, organized and polite team-players for the role of Retention Expert with Romanian and English (Work from Sofia/Bulgaria).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
👉🏻Act as a trusted consultant for customers in the sports sector;
👉🏻Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through clear and engaging communication;
👉🏻Share feedback and suggestions to improve internal processes;
👉🏻Act as a part of a team, offering a helping hand or advice when needed;
👉🏻Deliver top-notch customer service, ensuring satisfaction with solutions provided while following company policies.
Requirements:
🗣️Proficiency in Romanian language and English, both spoken and written C1 level
🌟Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex ideas clearly
📜Strong organizational, analytical, and decision-making abilities
🚀Team-oriented with a positive approach
🤝Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage
💻Proficient typing and computer skills (familiarity with MS Office).
