Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
👉🏻Providing customer support across multiple channels
👉🏻Assisting with administrative and technical inquiries
👉🏻Analyzing and efficiently resolving customer queries on a case-by-case basis
👉🏻Escalating complex cases or calls to relevant departments as needed
👉🏻Regularly updating systems and making necessary changes
Requirements:
🗣️Great French skills (C1+) and solid English skills (B1)
🤝Customer-oriented with a positive and approachable
🌟Organized and communicative, able to adapt to different situations
🔄Available and motivated to work in shifts, learn and improve along the way
💻Familiar with MS Office applications.
