For one of our clients – a global leader, famous for their various products and service. We are looking for open, skilled and dedicated individuals for the role of Collections Specialist with German and English (Hybrid Model of Work from Varna or Sofia/Bulgaria) – NO CALLS.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
👉🏻Meet customer service needs as per agreements and feedback, stick to rules for credit approvals and financial guidelines
👉🏻Handle credit insurance, allocate payments, and sort out customer accounts
👉🏻Make outgoing payments and check and claim bank guarantees as per credit policies
👉🏻Use tech tools like ERP systems for smooth service and accurate data and keep credit management work instructions up-to-date
👉🏻Tackle credit management issues on time and provide top-notch services to key folks like customers, suppliers, front office, employees, execs, regulators, and third parties
👉🏻Help out team members and give advice on credit management
👉🏻Review and handle invoices and deal with government seizures and tax audits properly
Requirements:
🗣️Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
🤝Team player, dedicated to top-notch customer service
🌟Has a Bachelor's degree and is good at solving problems
⏱️Excellent at managing time, planning, and prioritizing tasks
🌎Experience in a multinational company or shared services with a good sense of business
