Our client is looking for French speakers to join their Customer Support team in Sofia, Bulgaria!

Our Client

Our client is a small-scale company representing many international French and Belgian brands. They operate on a low hierarchy system, and are passionate about making sure that their colleagues are taken care of, both inside and outside of the workplace. Thanks to their strong internal team, they are able to provide top-quality Customer Support to the French-speaking market on behalf of industry-leading French brands. They are now looking to expand their French-speaking team to be able to assist more French speaking customers. 

The Role

  • To conduct inquiries about clients’ experiences, satisfaction and opinion about provided services.  This information helps the company to get better insights and improve their services
  • To contact B2B and B2C clients and to convince them to participate in the surveys – the people we survey are existing clients of banks and/ or telecom companies 
  • To gather information from clients by filling in a questionnaire with them
  • Via the survey the client evaluates the products and/or services (ask them opinion or their experience)
  • To actively follow the calls back & their results

The Ideal Profile

  • Native-level French, intermediate English
  • Secondary diploma completed
  • Sales experience is an advantage
  • Experience with MS Office
  • Willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude
  • Great backgrounds: Retail, hospitality, restaurants, administration, customer support
