For one of our clients – one of the leading companies in the customer experience management field. We are on the lookout for skilled, tech-savvy and communicative people for the role of Support Superhero with Turkish and English (Work from Sofia/Bulgaria).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
👉🏻Handle inbound calls, chats, and emails to resolve customer service issues;
👉🏻Follow procedures to escalate inquiries when needed;
👉🏻Inform customers about products and services;
👉🏻Use multiple systems to update records accurately;
👉🏻Support and collaborate with the team
Requirements:
🗣️Fluent in Turkish (C1) and good English (B2)
🌟Contact center or customer service experience is a plus
🚀Quick to adapt to new products, processes, and tech
⏱️Reliable with good attendance and time management
💻Computer literate.
