For one of our clients – a company offering products and services in the BPO field. We are looking for analytical, focused and challenge-ready individuals for the role of Backoffice Analyst with Albanian and English (work from Sofia/Bulgaria – relocation support). 📧

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

👉🏻Reviewing content and striving to identify content that violates set guidelines
👉🏻Researching protentional violating content and making a careful estimation
👉🏻Following content patterns and spotting rising trends
👉🏻Keeping the feedback loop closed by reporting regularly to higher-ups
👉🏻Updating on internal policies regularly and implementing changes into the work

Requirements:

🗣️Fluency in Albanian and English (both written and spoken)
🕵🏻Attentive to detail and able to focus for extended periods of time
🛠️Objective approach and good analysis skills
🌟Active interest in current events and pop-culture, plus strong time management skills
📈Ready to work in an everchanging, fast-paced work environment
🔄Available to work on night shifts.
