Responsibilities
ā¢Managing of incoming calls
ā¢Identify and access customersā needs to achieve satisfaction
ā¢Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication
ā¢Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools
ā¢Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents
ā¢Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
ā¢Native or near to native Czech language (C2)
ā¢Very good command of English language (B2 āC1)
ā¢Good MS Office skills
ā¢Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
ā¢Excellent communication and presentation skills
ā¢Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters
ā¢Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
