What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative on our team, you will:

  • Handle all calls and emails with professionalism and friendliness
  • Create an environment in which customers feel welcome and comfortable
  • Make efficiency the second priority behind giving a first-class service
  • Work within the policies and processes set up by the bank

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

  • Are native or proficient in Danish and have an advanced level of English
  • Are able to show how you have dealt with customers in the past - either in a face-to-face role or in a call centre
  • Have experience of working with a number of IT systems at once
  • Enjoy being part of a team but be able to take responsibility for each call or email that you answer

  • Full time contract, 39 hours/week: Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 16:00, Friday 9:00 to 16:00
