Your Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in Dutch via phone, email, and chat
• Solve customer problems and ensure their satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members to improve client’s service
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

What You Need:

• Fluency in Dutch and English
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities 🗣️
• A customer-focused attitude and ability to work well in a team
• Familiarity with technology and various communication tools
• Previous similar experience is a plus 🌟
• Flexibility to work in shifts 🔄
