What Will You Do?
As a Customer Service Representative at Specsavers you will:
- Help customers via phone, Live Chat and email with questions about orders
- Handle phone calls from stores and register them correctly in our ticket system
- Always strive to provide top customer service.
- Work according to the prescribed procedures within the project
- Possibly advance to the Social Media or Dedicated Service Team
- Collaborate with other team players and communicate effectively through various channels
- Meet set targets.
What do you bring to the team?
- You speak and write Dutch and English fluently and can be trained in English
- You are punctual and reliable.
- You have experience with computers and CRM-systems and can work with them simultaneously
- You are proactive in developing your knowledge of our services, procedures and products
- You are customer friendly, patient and can help dissatisfied customers professionally and positively
- You are open to a vibrant work environment.
What do we offer?
- Competitive salary of €19200 gross per year, plus up to €1800 gross per year in bonuses
- Paid training and vacation (4 weeks + 4 separate days per calendar year)
- Full Spanish contract from day one. (giving you immediate benefits within the Spanish government systems, such as free healthcare etc)
- A modern, spacious and open office in sunny Benalmádena-Málaga
- Alternating working hours: Monday to Friday shifts between 08:00 and 18:00, Saturdays from 09:00 to 17:00 (at least two free weekends per month)
