Our client, a multinational BPO company, is looking for a dedicated Content Moderator to join the team and help maintain the integrity of the platform.
As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and terms of service. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the online community against inappropriate content and fostering a positive user experience.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and approving or rejecting content submissions (comments, videos, images, or posts).
- Monitoring user interactions and taking action against violations (issuing warnings or bans).
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure consistent moderation policies.
- Understanding client policies and guidelines.
Requirements
- Native or near to native Italian language (C1- C2).
- Very good command of English language (B2).
- Good MS Office skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
