Responsibilities

ā€¢Managing of incoming calls

ā€¢Identify and access customersā€™ needs to achieve satisfaction

ā€¢Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication

ā€¢Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools

ā€¢Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents

ā€¢Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

ā€¢Native or near to native Norwegian language (C2)

ā€¢Very good command of English language (B2 ā€“C1)

ā€¢Good MS Office skills

ā€¢Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

ā€¢Excellent communication and presentation skills

ā€¢Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

ā€¢Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
