Responsibilities
- Communicate through chats, phone, and emails with subscribers.
- Assisting subscribers with how-to questions.
- Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
- Native or near native Swedish language (C1, C2).
- Very good command of English language (B2).
- Strong communication skills, soft skills & problem solving.
- Good computer knowledge.
