Are you a German speaker? We are seeking to hire a Customer Support Representative for a large BPO and represent Mercedes-Benz.

As a German-Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will be the voice and face of Mercedes-Benz, ensuring that our clients receive concierge-level service that reflects the elegance of our vehicles. Your linguistic abilities and passion to exceed client expectations will pave the way for a new standard in vehicle care.
Responsibilities
- Managing of incoming calls, E-mails and chat.
- Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools.
- Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
Requirements
- Native or near to native German language (C1- C2).
- Very good command of English language (B2).
- Good MS Office skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
