• Communicate with customers in Czech via phone, email, and chat.

What we are looking for:

• Native level fluency in Czech and good command of English.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A customer-focused mindset and ability to work well with others.
• Comfort with technology and various communication tools.
• Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not required.
