understand if something is physically
blocking the camera or if the camera
has external damage.
3. Agent should be able to know that
the drivers and the Windows might
create issues if the version is not
compatible or not correctly installed

1. Agent should be able to
understand from probing what is
creating the issue for the device.
2. Agent should be able to help the
customer tweak the performance of
his device and instruct what should
be avoided for the issue not to
appear again
