Location: Belfast, Northern Ireland, UK

Role: German speaking Social Media Support Specialist

Salary: Basic £28,017 gross p/a

Working hours: 40 hours per week rotational between Mon-Sun between 7am – 4pm

Relocation: When relocating from outside Northern Ireland, your package will be: 14 nights hotel on arrival, £200 flight reimbursement (paid in first week or so) plus a new joiner bonus of £2,000 (paid in 2 parts)

Our client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in 70 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in Belfast, Northern Ireland they are looking for fluent German speakers to join their Social Media support team.

The Role

As a Social Media Support Specialist you will engage with users worldwide through various communication channels, offering support for a diverse range of innovative VR technologies and products.

In this dynamic, team-oriented environment, you will enhance user satisfaction by:

• Resolving issues for both general and individual users
• Monitoring social media, forums, and product review platforms
• Supporting engagement activities
• Crafting and promoting responses that encourage user participation
• Developing user-generated content
• Identifying and implementing opportunities to leverage self-service content across digital channels

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English

• Excellent communication skills

• Previous experience in a written support or social media support role is desired

• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail

• Experience or interest in VR gaming is desirable

• Has the right to work in the UK (e.g settled status in the UK, British or Irish nationality, visa etc)

Salary and benefits
