What you will do in this role

As a Quality Specialist & Trainer on our team, you will:

- Train new team members

- Monitor and report team quality performance (correct call treatment, case treatment.)

- Give agents feedback on their individual performance to improve and motivate their daily work

- Organize regular internal and external calibrations

- Analyze and reply customer complaints

- Maintain contact with the customer regarding specific cases

- Develop strategies for improvement of results (design trainings, meeting with the agents)

- Collect metrics, analyze these and report to customer / upper management

Concentrix is a great match if you:

- Are bilingual or proficient in English

- Have advanced user skills of office applications and CRM

- Understanding of CRM usage as front end user or back stage information

It would be a plus if you have:

- Team building abilities: Capacity to motivate and inspire people

- Good organizational capacity
