• Resolve issues and assist with reservations.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.
• Collaborate with departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Stay updated on hotel services and promotions.

Requirements:

• Customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication in Norwegian and English
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Based in Portugal.
