What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative - Pharmacist, you will:

• As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for the customer, responding to the various incoming requests regarding pharma products, solving the emerging issues and you will be responsible for the following:
• Building a good relationship with the customer
• Participate in activities and meetings to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
• Providing excellent customer support and creating exceptional customer experience
• Provide assistance via telephone (low volumes of inbound calls)
• Providing reliable and accurate information in response to customer questions and concerns

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Have medical background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in pharmaceutical area
• Have a high level of English & Portuguese + Catalan + Spanish level B2 (both written and spoken)
• Are customer orientated and pay attention to detail
• Have a high problem-solving capacity and excellent communication skills
• Have previous experience in customer service (preferred)
