About the role

In your role as a customer service employee, you will help Klarna's customers with various payment solutions. Your task will be to deliver customer service of the highest class and your day will be filled with questions about, for example, invoices and payment reminders. The work is mainly done via incoming calls by phone, but email and chat may also occur.

The opening hours for the customer service are Monday-Sunday 9.00-22.45, the work shifts will thus involve daytime, evenings and weekends. The service starts with paid training where you will learn both the technical side of the work and how to provide the best customer service. 

Daily tasks include:

• Answer customer calls 
 Provide customers with high-class service •
 Manage customer-related cases
 • Strive to achieve your daily KPIs  related to customer satisfaction, efficiency and quality

 

Who are we looking for?

In this role, we are looking for people who are sociable, ambitious, and motivated by helping customers. Furthermore, you like to work in a workplace with fast pace, fast changes and good team spirit where the good community permeates the entire office

In this process, we place great emphasis on personal suitability. Our only requirement is that you have completed upper secondary school, have Swedish as your main language, know English and have a pure criminal record.
