What you will do in this role



As a Customer Representative on our team, you will:



- Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, and chats) and solve users' demands.



- Support technical enquires and manage incidents of the client's product, car electrical chargers.



- Proactively update customers with status and resolution progress.


- Escalate potential service issues to appropriate level


- Achieve an excellent customer satisfaction level
