1. Provide first-line support to customers in the Nordic region and around the world via phone, ticketing systems and other tools
2. Ensure high-level customer satisfaction and interact daily with colleagues, customers, IT professionals
3. Troubleshoot problems and provide solutions using the in-house knowledge base
4. Continuously maintain and develop one's work-related knowledge

Qualifications

1. You speak a minimum of B1 level of Danish or fluent Danish - both in writing and orally
2. You learn quickly and easily adapt to new environments and situations
3. Good communication skills, see solutions to challenges and have a great passion for customer service in general
4. Eager to take initiative and "I can do this!" attitude
5. You are responsible and have an ability to work independently and prioritize the most important tasks first
