Our client, a multinational BPO company, is looking for a dedicated Content Moderator to join the team and help maintain the integrity of the platform.

As a Content Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing user-generated content to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and terms of service. You will play a crucial role in safeguarding the online community against inappropriate content and fostering a positive user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and approving or rejecting content submissions (comments, videos, images, or posts).
  • Monitoring user interactions and taking action against violations (issuing warnings or bans).
  • Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure consistent moderation policies.
  • Understanding client policies and guidelines.

Requirements

  • Native or near to native Spanish language (C1- C2).
  • Very good command of English language (B2).
  • Good MS Office skills.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
