Are you a fluent Dutch speaker? You can now work remotely as a Dutch Customer Care Advisor for a multinational BPO company in Greece, where you will be able to explore Greece and work simultaneously!

Responsibilities

•Managing of incoming calls

•Identify and access customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

•Build relations of trust through open and interactive communication

•Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the methods/tools

•Keep records of customer interaction, process customer accounts and file documents

•Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

Requirements

•Native or near to native Dutch language (C2)

•Very good command of English language (B2 –C1)

•Good MS Office skills

•Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

•Excellent communication and presentation skills

•Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to diverse types of characters

•Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
