As a Customer and Tutor Management Intern, you will work closely with our team to ensure smooth operations and enhance the experience of our tutors and clients. Your Role in Our Journey 

  • Tutor Support: Support and guide our tutors throughout their journey, improving their experience and implementing action plans to increase their loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Resolution of Tutor Issues on the Platform: Addressing and resolving any general problems or technical issues that tutors encounter on the platform.
  • Query Response: Provide support to tutors by using all available communication channels. Identify recurring themes and common questions raised by tutors.
  • Information Gathering: Proactively gather the necessary information from cross-functional teams to deliver accurate information to tutors regarding hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and other job-related inquiries.

  • Hands-on Mentality: You demonstrate a high degree of initiative and responsibility, quickly familiarizing yourself with new tasks. You are comfortable working with tight deadlines and managing multiple competing priorities efficiently and timely.
  • All-rounder: You are enthusiastic about our product; you quickly learn the necessary facts and convince with your authenticity and negotiation skills. You easily adapt to working with multiple software and to technological upgrades.
  • Creativity and Curiosity: You have new, creative, and bold ideas on how to increase the retention of our tutor community.
  • Communicative: Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English, able to interact with tutors and global coworkers clearly and concisely through various channels, including email, video conferences, etc.
  • Organizational Talent: You are a pragmatic multi-tasker with a structured working style. You know how to organize yourself and keep calm and an overview, even in stressful moments.
