Regarding your field of responsibilities:

As a Technical Customer Advisor, you'll apply your skills to resolve emerging issues with precision and efficiency. You'll uphold excellent standards and share your passion for technology with both customers and colleagues. Dutch-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email

Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case information

Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction

Assisting with sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues

Appropriately addressing customer escalations and accurately documenting the process

Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close tickets

Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English

Your Profile:

Native-level Dutch language skills + English proficiency

Experience in technical troubleshooting is advantageous

Excellent written and verbal communication skills to simplify technical jargon for non-technical users

PC literacy is required

Proficiency in Google Docs and Google Sheets

Aptitude for wireless troubleshooting

Patience to communicate and solve issues

Handle all data and personal information with the utmost confidentiality
