Due to expansion our client in Riga is recruiting a Finnish Speaking Trainer for their expanding call centre. Candidates must speal at least C1 Finnish and b2 English.
Its essential candidates have at least 2 years Training experience in a banking or financial services industry.
Job Overview
• Create, organise, and oversee internal training programmes for both new and current employees.
• Assist the training manager with setting up, calculating, and keeping track of important training data.
• Track trainees' progress and provide coaching to ensure development. Assess each trainee's development and overall performance during the training process in a straightforward and succinct manner.
• Offer associates constructive coaching and criticism.
• Effective and efficient training.
• Determine performance gaps, their causes, and offer solutions to the production and training teams. • Develop and assess training and performance interventions (pre- and post-training assessments).
• Engage in active call monitoring by sharing necessary feedback while listening to the agent's recorded or live calls.
• Retain a knowledge with standard operating procedures and possess a deep comprehension of both the process of quality assurance and operations.
