As a Swedish Customer Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe. Your linguistic skills will be invaluable in communicating with our diverse customer base, understanding their needs, and resolving any inquiries or issues they might have.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with customers via various channels (phone, email, chat) in multiple languages.
- Assist customers in navigating our products/services and address their questions or concerns effectively.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step guidance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


Work Experience

* At least elementary school and a purely financial register.

* It's meritorious to have worked in customer service or have handled sensitive data.

* Responsible for handling incoming calls and email) according to the current client's
procedures and processes, which includes customer's support with economic matter,
processing of sensitive data and in all executed duties always strive to reach the defined
key performance indicator targets.

* Be a positive role model within the company and towards our clients.

* Handle and carefully respond to all customer inquiries by building excellent rapport &
confidence, identifying their needs, and taking strategic action in a timely manner.

* Provide excellent customer support through active listening on every interaction while
adjusting support approach to accommodate all levels of customer experience.

* Work with confidential customer information and treat it sensitively.

* Use software to source and input customer data accurately as related to the inquiry.

* Responsibility for various administrative tasks.

* Present a professional and knowledgeable approach on all customer interactions.

* Participate, be active in, and successfully complete the company's and client training.


Decision Making Authority

* All decisions in customer
transactions, according to client
agreements and processes.

* Exceed KPI's and other targets set
out by and for the project.
