Your responsibilities include:

  • Initiating contact with new and existing customers through proactive, direct outreach. Engaging customers on technology information and business domains.
  • Achieving sales targets and other crucial performance indicators as defined by the manager.
  • Providing professional support for incoming inquiries and offering advice. Recommending support service options to existing customers.
  • Capturing, interpreting, and utilizing customers' installation data to create accurate customer-focused reports and integrating this information into the sales process.
  • Creating awareness and emphasizing the value of support services during interactions with customers.
  • Maintaining a high-quality customer contact database with regular updates on digital and direct customer feedback.
  • Identifying customer accounts with missing services and proactively acquiring the correct contacts
  • Documenting customer interactions in sales tools, updating internal databases, and reporting on customer sentiment.

About Your Profile:

  • Native German speaker or at least at a strong C1 level.
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in outbound sales is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with cold calling, goal-oriented, and experience in managing a sales pipeline through a CRM system.
  • Proactive communication style.
  • Strong skills in customer service, relationship management, and support.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work within specified deadlines
  • Dynamic and structured work approach, with a customer and goal-oriented mindset.
