• Processing pick up orders.
• Providing shipping information and quotations to customers.
• Tracing packages and requesting proof of delivery.
• Assisting customer’s needs by ordering supplies, issuing messages and complaints.
• Effective use of internal systems and functions.
• Accurate and legible completion of relevant paperwork and forms.
