Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting for an Arabic speaking Client Services Manager for our well established and prestigious banking client in their central London offices.
The Client Services Manager will work within the Private banking team developing and maintaining relationships with clients and promoting the Bank’s services.
Duties of an Arabic speaking Client Services Manager:
- Market the Bank’s Private Banking services and products to existing and potential customers based on agreed marketing strategies and plans.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with High Net Worth and VIP customers to grow the bank's portfolio of deposits and loans.
- Explore and evaluate commercial and residential investment opportunities in the UK real estate market for customer offerings.
- Prepare and submit credit applications for property purchases, manage their implementation, and supervise the post-sanction facility process.
- Follow up with solicitors and surveyors on customer transactions requested through the Bank.
- Communicate relevant information to customers regarding their funds, market conditions, and trends.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and ensure compliance with Money Laundering regulations.
- Manage customer records, handle complaints, and provide reports to Senior Management.
- Gather and interpret information on competitors, products, services, and activities for the Head of Department.
- Ensure the safety of the Department's vault, prepare reports, and assist with financial crime and compliance procedures.
Requirements of an Arabic speaking Client Services Manager:
- Excellent English communication skills
- Fluency in spoken Arabic required
- Excellent Customer relationship management skills.
- Experience working in a similar Client-facing role within the banking sector, ideally with private clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a banking related field.
- Ability to interact with both colleagues and customers in professional and respectful manner
- Proven ability of establishing and enhancing customer relationships, both new and existing.
