The job
You will combine your skills, passion, customer-focused, and positive mindset to elevate service delivery and contribute to the overall success in the company.
Your daily work will include tasks like these:
- Answer incoming telephone calls, emails and chat from customers of an e-commerce platform
- Identify the issues, provide resolutions and alternatives, and guide customers in a timely manner
- Use guides and protocols provided during the training to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other agents or teams in case of more complex cases
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write German at a native level and your are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer care is a plus but not required.
💻 You have a good understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills.
🥇 You have strong communication skills and you are service-oriented.
