The job
As a customer support agent you will be interacting with customers on the phone or via email. Some of your daily tasks include:
- Handling calls and mails from customers regarding payment issues, service issues, cancellations, and other product related inquries
- Identify the issues of clients, handle complaints, provide solutions and alternatives, guide customers within the time limits
- Use guides and protocols provided during the training to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner
Your qualifications
💭 You speak and write German at a native level and you are fluent in English (B2).
🎓 Experience in customer service is a plus.
💻 You have a basic understanding and level of computer handling skills.
💪🏻 Excellent problem solving skills.
🥇 You are service-oriented, professional, and thorough.
